What the reservation is

The USD 4.99 payment is a refundable reservation that signals higher intent and priority consideration for an early Relay invitation. It is not a purchase of an available application, a delivery-date promise, or a lifetime license.

What you receive

• Priority consideration when Relay begins issuing invitations.
• A USD 4.99 credit toward the first month if you receive an invitation and choose to start a paid subscription.
• The refund rights described below.

Future monthly pricing has not been set. The reservation does not promise a subscription price, connector, feature, release date, or continued access.

Refunds

The reservation is fully refundable before an invitation is issued. If Relay does not issue an invitation within 90 days of payment, the reservation will be automatically refunded. To request a refund before an invitation is issued, email support@relay-handoff.com from the address used for the reservation. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Payment processing

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Relay does not receive or store your full card number through this website. Stripe's checkout terms and privacy notice apply to its processing of your transaction.

Development status and changes

Relay is in development, and product behavior may change before launch. Changes to these public terms apply prospectively. The terms shown when a reservation is made continue to govern that reservation unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the person who reserved.

For checkout questions, invitation status, or refund support, contact support@relay-handoff.com. Include the email address used at checkout and a Stripe receipt or payment identifier if available. Never send a full card number or security code.
